Intro!

Hi!!! It is a very sunny, happy Saturday when I am writing this, and I am SO excited to finally be launching this page. Writing, for me, feels like home, so to share it with y'all is a dream. It has taken me awhile to get this project up and running, but I finally am just taking the leap.

A little bit about me (if you don't already know) is best described once by my friend, Katie: "crazy dancing, Taylor Swift loving, coffee drinking, book reading, Nyc dreaming best friend." I hope I can be best friends with all of you reading this, too.

I want this page to be a comfortable, inspiring, uplifting space, where you can be entertained by my crazy life, lifted up in group discussions/forums, and motivated by Pinterest quotes and aesthetics. I am going to be focusing on many different formats of writing that I find bloom beautifully in this period of my life, from journal entries to poems to lists to fun, date ideas... I want to share my life with you, and all the plot twists that come with it.

Beyond the blog portion, I want to begin groups with you all, a more interactive experience that can really be uplifting and supportive. For now, I am going to start with one group called Gratitude (found in the 'group' page above). To join, there are no requirements, restrictions, or expectations... just be yourself and know you are loved deeply for it. It will be focused on weekly gratitude threads, so helpful for the mind and heart and soul! In the future, I want to focus on book clubs, swiftie talk, and fashion trends through those group discussions... so keep an eye out!

I hope you find this hopeful, inspiring, and generous in a time of chaos and uncertainty. And, even if you don't, I have no doubt that the many plot twists in my life as a Nyc college student will give you plenty of laughs. Anyway, that is all for my first post.
